Warehouses & 3PLs
Every pallet in its place, each client's goods kept apart, and a stock statement per client for your storage invoices.
Inventory & warehouse management · Built for the GCC
Your team scans a product and the phone tells them exactly what to do: pick this, from this bin, this many. Wrong items stop leaving the building and new staff are useful on day one. No hardware, no relabelling, no system project — just the phones and barcodes you already have.
Works with your products' existing barcodes · A phone camera is the scanner · Encrypted & exportable · PDPL-aware

Most small GCC warehouses still run on memory, paper pick lists, and "ask the senior guy where it is." That's where the money leaks.
A mis-pick means a return, a refund, an angry customer, and a re-ship. A handful a week quietly erodes your margin.
It takes weeks for a new picker to learn the layout. Until then they're slow, and they interrupt everyone else.
Stock drifts, bins fill unevenly, fast movers end up on top shelves. Every pick takes longer than it should.
Follow one pallet of olive oil from your spreadsheet to your customer — every step happens on a phone your team already carries.
Upload the Excel sheet you already keep. Arabic names, barcodes, units and batches come across in a minute.
Log the delivery, the batch and the expiry date. Snap the delivery note — it's filed with the stock.
StowFlow chooses the location that fits — by size, zone and what's already there. No guessing, no "I'll remember".
Scan an order's item and the screen says which shelf and how many — oldest stock first, so nothing expires at the back.
Stock value, low-stock alerts, expiring batches and a full audit trail — on the owner's phone, wherever they are.
The console asks what you do and shows the tools that matter to you — and hides the ones that don't.
Every pallet in its place, each client's goods kept apart, and a stock statement per client for your storage invoices.
Know what's in the store room before the shelf runs empty. Expiry dates tracked, oldest stock sold first, reorders planned.
One stock figure across the shop floor and the back room — and across branches — so you stop selling what you don't have.
Batch and expiry on every unit, first-expiry-first-out picking, expired stock written off on the record.
Thousands of small SKUs, sold by the piece, the metre or the ton — found in seconds instead of searched for.
Tens of thousands of part numbers, each with a home. Scan the maker's barcode and walk straight to it.
From empty shelves to a directed warehouse in days, not months — and we do the heavy lifting.
Scan a product once and StowFlow adopts its existing barcode as the item ID — no relabelling. Bins and pallet positions get a printed label from any office printer — or skip locations entirely and just track quantities. Stock without barcodes? Print labels for it from the console.
The camera is the scanner — open the site, point, done. Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works too if you already own one. Nothing to buy, nothing to install.
Every scan returns one clear instruction: pick this quantity from this location for this order, or stow it where the system chose — bin or pallet. Running without locations? A scan simply shows and updates the count.
StowFlow watches your data and recommends where to move fast movers, how to free space, and where high-value goods belong.
A rough estimate of what directed picking gives back — about 15 seconds saved on every pick, plus fewer wrong shipments. Move the sliders to your operation.
…before counting the mis-ships you stop paying for. Illustrative estimate — measure the real number during your free trial.
Open orders become pick tasks with exact bin locations and quantities. Workers scan to confirm — mis-picks drop to near zero.
StowFlow picks the best bin for every inbound item by zone, space and demand — and keeps fast movers within easy reach.
Shelf bins, pallet positions, both, or simple quantity tracking with no locations at all. Flip a switch as your warehouse grows — a corner shop and a cold store run the same product.
Type in your racks, shelves and bin sizes in centimetres, and every location is created with its own barcode — then laid out as a map of your warehouse, each bin coloured by how full it is.
Replenishment turns low stock and promised orders into a supplier order you send by WhatsApp. Stock Check counts a little every day — the least-recently-checked locations first — so you never shut down for a big annual count. Included in every plan.
Pickers scan, pick and stow; managers run the catalogue and reports; owners hold billing and the team. Every seat included in the price — and every seat properly limited.
Every scan updates stock instantly — dashboards by SKU, location, zone and value, stock valuation in AED, and low-stock alerts before you run out. AI-assisted slotting advice on request.
Every change keeps a before-and-after snapshot of the record — who changed what, and what it said before. Deleted an item last month? Look it up. Upload delivery notes and signed PODs alongside.
Data on AWS in the Europe (Ireland) region, encrypted at rest and in transit, built with the UAE PDPL in mind, priced in AED. If in-country residency is contractual for you, tell us — AWS's UAE region can't yet host the login service we depend on, and we'd rather say so than claim otherwise.
Run it on the phones your team already has — no hardware, no setup visit, no implementation fee. One flat monthly price, every seat included. Prices in AED, excl. VAT. Both plans start with a free 5-day trial — sign up and use it straight away.
The complete system, run by you — on the phones your team already carries.
Everything in Starter, for a bigger team across more buildings.
Add warehouses on the same account for AED 200/month each, up to 10. Pay by card in the console; cancel any time.
Sticker price isn't the number that matters. Most warehouse software charges per user and then bills an implementation project on top — so a ten-person floor pays two or three times the headline. Here's the like-for-like, at bin-level warehouse functionality:
| Option | Seats | Setup / implementation | Year one, total |
|---|---|---|---|
| StowFlow Starter | 10 included | AED 0 | AED 3,990 |
| StowFlow Business | 25 included | AED 0 | AED 5,990 |
| Regional GCC warehouse platform | 5 seats | ≈ AED 14,700 | ≈ AED 36,700 |
| Global mid-market inventory suite | tiered, extra seats billed | onboarding extra | AED 15,400 – 31,000 |
| ERP inventory module | per user, per month | AED 15,000 – 50,000+ | AED 21,000 – 56,000+ |
Most warehouse software makes you buy scanners and relabel your entire stock before it does anything. StowFlow doesn't: your team's phone camera is the scanner, and the barcodes already printed on your products are the item IDs. Scan a carton off the shelf and it's registered. Stock with no barcode? Print labels for it on any office printer from the console. Either way, there's nothing to buy and nothing to depreciate.
Only the size. Both have every feature. Starter (AED 399/month) is for up to 10 people and one warehouse. Business (AED 599/month) is for up to 25 people and three warehouses. Either way you set it up yourself — scan your products' existing barcodes with a phone and you're running the same day.
No. One flat monthly price: 10 people on Starter, 25 on Business, and there's no reason to ration logins between your pickers. Almost every alternative bills per seat — typically AED 27–50 per person per month — which is why a ten-person floor ends up paying far more than the advertised price.
No, on either plan. Setup takes an afternoon and you do it yourself: import your spreadsheet, print your labels, invite your team. No five-figure implementation project, which is the norm for WMS and ERP rollouts in the UAE.
Yes, and it's cheaper: pay for the year up front and you get two months free — AED 3,990 for Starter, AED 5,990 for Business. Paid by card in AED, with a receipt for every payment. Monthly is fine too, and you can cancel at the end of any month; we don't lock you into a term.
Yes. Turn bins off and StowFlow runs in simple mode: receiving adds stock, orders take it away, and you get low-stock alerts, valuation in AED, a full audit trail and exports — with no locations to manage. It's built for back-rooms, single-room stores and container operations. If you grow into racking later, flip the switch and the directed features appear — and we can supply the shelving and bins (next question).
In the UAE, from us. StowFlow supplies plastic open-front shelf bins in four sizes (10, 30 and 60 cm deep, plus an extra-large 60 cm bin), steel shelving with 2 to 5 shelves, Euro and standard pallets in wood or plastic, and A4 barcode sticker sheets — all sized to work with StowFlow out of the box. Choose them in the console under Equipment, and when they arrive one click sets up the matching locations and barcodes. Prices are being finalised with our suppliers and will be listed here soon; until then, send a request from the console and we'll quote you within a working day.
Yes. StowFlow has pallet positions as a first-class storage type — footprint (EUR 1200×800, standard 1200×1000 and more), stack height and weight limit, each position with its own barcode. Scanning directs put-away and picking to pallet positions exactly as it does to bins, and you can run bins and pallets side by side in the same warehouse.
No, and you shouldn't. StowFlow reads the manufacturer's EAN/UPC straight off the packaging and uses it as the item's ID. Scan a carton, give it a name, and it's registered — that's the entire onboarding for barcoded stock. You only print labels for bins, and for items that genuinely have no barcode.
Create an account and you're in — no call, no card. You get 5 days with everything switched on: set up your locations, import your items, invite your team and run real picks and put-aways. If it doesn't save you time, simply stop — there's nothing to cancel and no cost.
No. StowFlow is fully managed: we host the software and handle every update automatically; a phone and a browser are all you need. There's nothing to install on a server and nothing to maintain.
No — and we don't sell them. A phone camera is a perfectly good warehouse scanner, and it's all most warehouses need. If you already own USB, Bluetooth, or rugged Android scanners they work too: they type the code and press Enter, which is all StowFlow needs. Buy from anyone, or buy nothing.
On AWS in the Europe (Ireland) region, encrypted at rest and in transit, and isolated so no other customer can read it. We would prefer the AWS UAE region and will move when we can — today it cannot host the login service StowFlow depends on. You can export your full inventory and movement history at any time, and if data residency is written into your contracts, talk to us before you sign anything.
Yes — upload the spreadsheet you already have (CSV or Excel, your own column names) and StowFlow creates your items, locations and quantities in minutes.
