The agreement between your business and StowFlow. Written to be read: short sections, plain words, nothing hidden in the small print.
Version: 2026-11-02 · Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms are between StowFlow ("StowFlow", "we", "us"), operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the business that creates a StowFlow account ("you", "the Customer"). Until StowFlow is incorporated, the service is provided by its founder; the legal name and trade-licence number of the contracting entity will be shown here and on your invoices once issued, and these terms then continue with that entity.
You accept these terms when you create an account, start a free trial, or tick the box that says you agree. The person accepting confirms they are authorised to bind the business.
Business use only. StowFlow is a tool for businesses. It is not offered to consumers, and you confirm you are using it for your trade, business or profession.
StowFlow is cloud software for recording and managing inventory: items, locations, stock levels, receiving, put-away, picking, counts, batches and expiry dates, documents, reports, and related features described on our website. It is self-service: you set it up and run it yourself. Features change and improve over time; we will not remove a core feature you are paying for without notice.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms. For the personal data inside Customer Data (for example your staff's email addresses), you decide what is collected and why, and we process it on your behalf and on your instructions.
The Privacy Policy states the region where data is hosted. It may be outside your country. Where your country's data-protection law (for example the UAE, Saudi, Qatari, Bahraini, Omani or Kuwaiti rules) limits transfers abroad, you are responsible for confirming that hosting in that region is permitted for your data, and for telling us before you upload data that may not leave your country. We will give reasonable help, including information you need for a transfer assessment.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Customer Data, and will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting it.
You must not, and must not let anyone else: use StowFlow for anything unlawful, including recording smuggled, counterfeit or prohibited goods; upload malware; try to access another customer's data or bypass security or role limits; overload or reverse-engineer the service; resell it without our written agreement; or use it to send spam.
Some features use artificial intelligence, for example the assistant and placement recommendations. Their answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are suggestions, not professional, legal, safety or regulatory advice. Check them before acting on them. When you ask the in-console assistant a question, a short summary of your warehouse is sent to our AI provider to answer it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
StowFlow is a record-keeping and guidance tool. It shows what your team scans and enters; it does not see the physical warehouse. In particular:
We work to keep StowFlow available and fast, and to fix problems promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service unless we sign a written service-level agreement with you. Planned maintenance is done at quiet times where possible. The console keeps working offline on your device and synchronises when the connection returns. Support is by email and WhatsApp during UAE business hours.
StowFlow, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you a right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
Each side will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose.
You will compensate us for losses, fines and reasonable legal costs arising from a claim by a third party that your Customer Data, your goods, or your use of StowFlow in breach of these terms or the law caused them harm.
StowFlow runs on third-party infrastructure (including Amazon Web Services for hosting and an AI provider for AI features), listed in the Privacy Policy. Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, are governed by those services' own terms.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the console, and may ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you may end the agreement before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Both sides will first try in good faith to settle any dispute within 30 days of written notice. If that fails, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under laws of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
These terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two differ, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and any written order are the whole agreement between us about the service. If part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Neither side is liable for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a successor of our business. Notices are given by email to the addresses on your account and to hello@stowflow.ae. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
